Code Of Conduct
- All staff at Loyal Companion will be certified and compliant with the standards of the Cremation Association of North America (CANA).
- All staff at Loyal Companion will be professional and respectful throughout the entire cremation process.
- Proper documentation and authorization will be obtained to ensure adequate identification of a pet upon arrival at the crematory, throughout the cremation process, until the ashes are returned to the family or veterinarian.
- All pets will receive a metal disc with their own identification number that will remain with the pet throughout cremation process to ensure that the ashes the family receives are indeed their pet.
- All pet cremations will be on an individual basis so that there is no mixing of ashes.
